The Commonwealth of Massachusetts state legislature is considering “An Act to Strengthen Justice and Support for Sex Trade Survivors” (H.1761, S.940). The proposed legislation would decriminalize people in prostitution; eliminate past prostitution convictions; and establish a mechanism to create exit programs for prostituted people
